The South African Army will be deployed to protect Eskom power stations.
South African Army members will be deployed at several Eskom power stations in South Africa to help combat attacks by saboteurs from both the company and anti-President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Eskom has said it will be hiring more security personnel to protect its staff and facilities. The company says it is committed to maintaining the safety of its employees and installations from saboteurs.
